Focusing on Fitness
When I started PUSH I was focused on experimenting with training and gear, and sharing my findings. Over the past couple of years, I have slowly transitioned from a traditional hypertrophy-focused bodybuilding routine, to an endurance training routine, and into a more Crossfit-style functional fitness routine. My conclusion: mix it all together.
After a ton of trial and error, I am relaunching PUSH as my personal training practice. Every week I will be sending out a sample workout you can try at home, and share some of the tips and tricks I have discovered through trial and error.
Today, we’re focusing on a combination of functional fitness and endurance base training. By mixing it up, we can push your heart rate, build some strength, and also build endurance. It’s the perfect way to become a well-rounded athlete and become more fit.
If you’re looking for remote personal training, feel free to reach out directly, or schedule a consultation. More information at push.fyi.
